So, What is a Gray Hog?
I know you are asking…What is a Gray Hog? I am a graduate of The United States Military Academy at West Point. At West Point, a Gray Hog is someone who is endeared to the difficult cadet lifestyle. Over the 10 years of serving the chemical industry in Louisiana as a process equipment sales engineer, many of my customers were very interested in my experiences at West Point and in the Army. I often spent much more time with customers telling stories about West Point or explaining how to effectively accomplish a Screen mission as a Cavalry Troop Commander than talking about process equipment. Somewhere along the line, one of my best customers (and dear friend) started calling me Gray Hog. The name seemed to stick. So, when I was starting this company, it seemed like a natural fit.
